For the purposes of this policy, HRMNetherlands defines the term “Respondent” as any individual that actively uses the HRMNetherlands platform and the term “Visitor” as an individual that visits our front-end website (www.HRMNetherlands.com).
Any information stored on HRMNetherlands.com’s platform is treated as confidential. All information is stored securely and is accessed by authorized personnel only. If you are a Visitor to our website only, and not a Respondent which filled in the website’s forms, then this section is relevant for you.

Your data will be stored no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data are processed. This means we will delete the data after 1 years, unless there are circumstances that justify a period of a longer extent.

HRMNetherlands processes Personal Data both as a Processor and as a Controller, as defined in the Directive and the GDPR. HRMNetherlands adheres to the Directive of 1995 and the GDPR from May 25th, 2018. Complaints about the processing of your data can be submitted to the supervisory authority in your country.
All data collected by HRMNetherlands from Respondents will be stored in secure hosting facilities provided by Sohosted. HRMNetherlands’s contract with its hosting provider ensures that all hosting is performed in accordance with the highest security regulations.
5. Our Legal Obligation to Disclose Personal Information
We will reveal a Respondents’ personal information without his/her prior permission only when we have reason to believe that the disclosure of this information is required to establish the identity of, to contact or to initiate legal proceedings against a person or persons who are suspected of infringing rights or property belonging to HRMNetherlands. We are permitted to disclose personal information when we have good reason to believe that this is legally required.
6. Your rights
You have the right to inquire about your Personal Data, but you can also ask us to erase or change your data. Send us your request by email or by letter, accompanied with a copy of your passport or ID. Please shield the photo and the identifying number on your passport or ID. We will handle your request within four weeks.
